Cancellation Policy
Here is everything you need to know about our cancellation policy when you make a booking for our NC500 pods:
Full Price Bookings:
- A booking may be refunded or dates of stay changed free of charge 14 + days before check-in.
- Between 14 days and 48 hours before check-in, a change of dates can be offered free of charge, however, no refund will be offered.
- No refunds or date changes can be offered 48 hours prior to guests arrival.
Discount Bookings:
- Between 14 days and 48 hours before a guests stay, Pods can be date changed, however, no refund will be offered.
- No refunds or date changes can be offered 48 hours prior to guests arrival.
- Discount bookings can only be rebooked in Off-Peak Season. Should you wish to rebook a discount stay in Peak Season, you will be required to pay the price difference and extend the stay if necessary to satisfy the 3-night minimum
External Bookings (Booking.com, Air BnB etc)
- Any bookings made on external company websites must adhere to the external companies cancellation policies.
