Be warned though, as the sea can get extremely cold!

Golfing
If you are interested in sport, there is a 9-hole golf course on the cliffs above Achmelvich Beach, and with that perfect view you are bound to have a great time. Have a game with the locals in the area, or bring your family and friends for a quick game, there are boundless opportunities when in Achmelvich Beach.

Second Achmelvich Beach
Even though Achmelvich Beach is stunning in its own right, there is even a second Achmelvich Beach right next to it. Named Vestey’s Beach, it is beautiful with a similar feeling to Achmelvich, only a lot more discreet!
Bring your family or friends here for a more quiet experience at Achmelvich Beach.
Mountains/Hills
As with much of Scotland, hills and mountains are present in the Achmelvich Beach region. There are many that are perfect for hiking across or spending the day there with your family and friends, and you will certainly be able to see the beautiful nature all around Scotland from the top of one.
There are a number of other hills local to us, including; Quinag, Ben More, Cul Mor and Stac Pollaidh.
