Here is everything you need to know for when you arrive at one of our NC500 pod sites:

• Our official check-in time is 3pm.
• There will be a key safe at the door of your pod.  You will be provided with a code in your confirmation email that allows you access to the safe, where you can retrieve your key.  
• Our phone line is only monitored during business hours. We will provide you with a secondary number in your confirmation email which can be used for urgent enquiries out with these hours. 
• Your confirmation email will also provide the name of your allocated Pod.  All of our NC500Pods were named after mountains in the local area.  
• Our official check-out time is by 10am on your day of departure.
